The problem of treating the consequences of traumatic brain injury is extremely relevant for modern medicine [1]. “Traumatism, primarily brain injury, at the end of the 20th century became an urgent problem not only for health care, but also for any social system as a whole. Brain damage is one of the main causes of mortality and disability among the population, and among young people they have a tragic first place. Every year in the world 1.5 million people die from traumatic brain injury (TBI), and 2.4 million become disabled. The incidence of TBI is on average 3-4 per 1000 population. Annually in Russia, TBI receives about 600 thousand people, 50 thousand of them die, and another 50 thousand become official invalids ”[2].
