SUMMARY A comparative study of the effectiveness of rehabilitation of patients with osteoarthritis using electrophoresis of the phytocomplex by diadynamic currents was carried out. It was found that the complex use of phyto- and electrotherapy in conjunction with drug treatment of patients has a more pronounced positive effect on pain syndrome, knee function and quality of life of patients compared to treatment with drugs alone or the combined use of drug treatment and
diadynamic therapy. No side effects have been reported with complex treatment
