Clinical case 1
Patient P., 56 years old.
Complaints: weakness, weakness, decreased performance, aversion to meat food, an increase in body temperature to 37.2–37.4 ° C in the evenings. On radiography of the chest organs in the lower lobe of the right lung – 2 foci of darkening with a diameter of 3.5 and 1.3 cm. Consulted by an oncologist, an operation was proposed: thoracotomy with determination of the scope of the operation on the operating table.
