Patient P.E., 32 years old, complained of sharply painful multiple core calluses in the area of both feet, which bothered her from the age of 12, pain in the knee and ankle joints, recurrent pain in the spine. From the anamnesis it is known that at the age of 11 the patient had an injury – a compression fracture of 4-5 thoracic vertebrae, a fracture of the nasal bones. In 1989, hypothyroidism was diagnosed. Frequent colds. Due to severe pain, the patient had difficulty walking and could not wear shoes. Walking barefoot also caused severe pain.
