The problem benign productive processes upper the respiratory tract is currently receiving increased attention. This is due to the fact that for such benign formations as: polyposis rhinosinusitis and laryngeal papillomatosis, a recurrent course is characteristic and surgical interventions, including those using other technologies (laser, ultrasound), are of a palliative nature. Today there is no single point of view on the etiology of these processes.
