Despite significant advances in drug therapy of peptic ulcer disease, it is not possible to significantly affect its course, the frequency of relapses and the duration of remission in a number of cases. This forces us to search for new, more effective and unconventional approaches . In this report, using the example of a group of patients suffering from peptic ulcer disease of continuously recurrent and complicated course with clinically established resistance to most of the existing methods, possible ways of a practical way out of this rather difficult situation will be demonstrated .
