Various approaches in the diagnosis of diseases and the ensuing methods of treatment often go away from establishing the cause and actually deal with the causes of
diseases associated with structural and functional changes at various levels of the body, which are caused by the genome. This is due, firstly, to the historical continuity of medicine, which is of a descriptive pathological nature, and secondly, to the absence until recently of
opportunities for methodological and logical links in establishing the causality of diseases.
