Systemic vasculitis is one of the most difficult problems in rheumatology and medicine, which does not have uniquely effective methods of treatment and prevention. Primary vasculitis is often accompanied by changes in the blood – thrombocytopenia of varying degrees. Hemorrhagic vasculitis, the most common in practice, can be considered as an autoimmune process, the pathogenetic mechanism of which is based on the formation of CIC (cytoimmune complexes) and their deposition in the skin and internal organs.

In immune complexes, Ig A is most often detected. An important place in the pathogenesis is occupied by circulatory disorders associated with intravascular hypercoagulation, with the formation of multiple microthrombosis, increased vascular and tissue permeability, and the release of plasma proteins and erythrocytes from the blood. In 70% of cases, the disease begins in typical skin rashes and articular syndrome.
