The treatment of patients with malignant neoplasms is a complex problem that is being solved by specialists from all over the world from various positions. However, oncologists very often ask the question: why does one and the same drug treat some and not help other patients with the same nosological form of tumor? Why do the course doses of the drug differ significantly in different patients, etc.? Of course, much here depends on the pharmacodynamics and biotransformation of the drug, which are determined by the individual characteristics of the functioning of all organs and systems of the body and are inherent only in it.
Working at the Center O.I. Eliseeva, on the computer complexes “IMEDISFALL”, identifying the etiology of the oncological process, you clearly understand the difference between one tumor from another, seemingly similar in classical parameters. Each disease is diverse in its clinical manifestations and developmental mechanisms. It depends primarily on the presence of microorganisms – viruses, worms, fungi living in a given organism, their synergy or antagonism, which determines the homeostasis of the organism.
