To assess the effectiveness of biomechanical correction of the cervical spine, in comparison with traditional prevention and treatment osteochondrosis of the cervical spine (OSHOP), taking into account the severity of the pain syndrome, all patients were divided into 4 groups. Group 1 with acute pain syndrome (ABS) included 56 patients with OSHOP, who received a complex of electro-pharmaceutical spectrum of vibrations and bioresonance therapy (EFSK + BRT), a complex of medical and physical culture (exercise therapy), massage and biologically active additives (dietary supplements ).

The second group with acute pain syndrome consisted of 12 patients who did not receive BRT + EFSA, which constituted placebo observations for this type of effect. They received only exercise therapy, massage, and were injected with dietary supplements. In the 3rd group (57 people) with chronic pain syndrome, as in the 1st group, EFSK + BRT, exercise therapy, massage were performed, and dietary supplements were prescribed. Patients with chronic pain syndrome included in group 4 (17 people) received the same treatment as in the second group of patients. As a control, the 5th group, the results of a study of practically healthy subjects (20 observations) were used.
