The pathology of internal organs occupies a leading role among all nosological forms, and about 30% of these diseases are latent and asymptomatic and are not diagnosed by internists. It is known [1, 2] that in diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT) changes occur in the oral cavity, characterized by a decrease in tactile and gustatory sensitivity, as well as a violation of thermoregulation. However, at present, the degree of these changes, as well as the significance of the functional indicators of the dorsal surface of the tongue in the diagnosis of various pathologies of the gastrointestinal tract have not been established. There are only a few reports on the use of bioelectronic segmental functional diagnostics (SFD) in the practice of differential assessment of the state of organs and systems in diseases of the digestive system, which is of considerable interest for study.
