In this work, we would like to demonstrate the high efficiency of treatment of patients on the APC “IMEDIS-FALL” in cases of acute surgical pathology. Example 1 Patient V., 17 years old, came to us on the second day of the disease with complaints of acute abdominal pain. At first, the pain was observed throughout the abdomen, in the epigastrium, there was double vomiting, a rise in temperature to 38 ° C, then the pain took on an aching character and was localized in the right iliac region.
