Currently, atopy includes diseases: hay fever, atopic bronchial asthma, atopic dermatitis, acute reactions to drugs and food, etc. The most important immunological signs of atopy: an increase in the number of T lymphocytes-helpers, an increase in the hyperreactivity of B-lymphocytes spontaneous and stimulated by mitogen, an increase in the level of Ig-E and Ig-Gh; a decrease in the level of T-suppressors and T-killers, a weakening of the level of the proliferative response of lymphocytes to antigens or mitogens.
