Recently, in the practice of a cardiologist, complex cardiac arrhythmias are increasingly common, such as: sick sinus syndrome (SSS). For SSSU, along with bradycardia and heart block at various levels, an attack of tachyarrhythmia is characteristic. They arise in the diagnosis of the syndrome and its therapy.
