Formulation of the problem When analyzing, explaining and applying data on the effect of ultra-weak electromagnetic fields (EMF) on a variety of biological systems, it is necessary to take into account the adequacy of the selected test objects to the assigned tasks and methodological capabilities. Microorganism cells are one of the convenient and useful models not only due to the relative simplicity of their cultivation and maintenance in laboratory conditions, but also due to their absolute importance in medical practice [3].

Directly to improve monitoring and sanitary and epidemiological research, it is necessary to take into account the features the physiological state of microbial cells, especially since the idea of the overwhelming majority of the bacterial population being in an inactive (resting) state not only in the environment, but also in the persistent human microflora has been established.
