Early diagnosis of tumors of the urinary bladder (BUT) and kidney (OP) is complicated by the late manifestation of the manifest symptoms of the disease (hematuria, pain, palpable tumor), the complexity, invasiveness and high cost of the diagnostic algorithm (cystoscopy, ultrasound, computed tomography). Therefore, the development of mobile, non-invasive and cost-effective methods for diagnosing tumors is of great scientific and practical importance. These tasks (as the first stage of diagnostics) can correspond to the method of electropunctural diagnostics (EPD) according to R. Voll, which has been used in clinical practice for more than 35 years.
