Treatment of psychogenic disorders (PN) erections have a complex problem. At the present stage men represent among the multitude psychotherapeutic influences aimed at eliminating the sexual disharmony of a married couple, some authors include various drugs in the complex of therapeutic measures. One of these medications is yohimbine, the point of application of which is the vascular apparatus of the penis. Its appointment to patients with PN erection could potentiate the therapeutic effect of the psychotherapy carried out by him, which would contribute to the consolidation of their therapeutic effects.
