In chronic somatic diseases, we often encounter a problem associated with the fact that the level of compensation for the disease causes a restructuring of the activity of the central nervous system, while information about the disease is recorded not only at the sympathetic level, but also at the level of the work of the delicate structures of the nervous system, is recorded in the cerebral cortex, causes changes in higher nervous activity . Therefore, patients who at the beginning of the disease had complaints only of a local nature, at the organ level, over time and with continuous treatment of the disease, gradually lose sleep, become irritable and even become depressed, often losing faith in recovery .
