A new (expanded) list of indications for the use of reflexology in medical practice is presented, systematized in accordance with the International Statistical
Classification of Diseases and Health Problems; the tenth revision (ICD-10), adapted for use in the practice of domestic medicine. Contraindications to
reflexology have been reduced due to the great positive experience accumulated over the past 50 years in the use of reflexology methods and means in various
fields of medicine. The basic recommendations for the use of this list are presented, which can be a guideline for reflexotherapists in the preparation of
statistical medical documentation, will help to improve the quality of diagnostics
and improve the level of training of specialists in the field of reflexotherapy.
