Clinical example Patient K., 25 years old. I went to our clinic with complaints of general weakness, frequent colds. She has been married for 2 years. A year ago, my husband died of pneumonia. After his death, the patient learned that her husband, a former drug
addict, had died of AIDS. On examination, the patient was diagnosed with type 3 HIV. It is registered in the AIDS center.
Upon admission to treatment at our clinic, general clinical and biochemical
parameters are normal. T helpers CD 4 – 824 cells, HIV RNA PCR 2713 copies per ml.
