Patient T., 32 years old. She complained of frequent stabbing pains in the heart. On the ECG from 16.12.2007, violation of repolarization, focal disturbances
of intraventricular conduction; pronounced changes in the myocardium of the apex and antero-septal region of the left ventricle. The cardiologist recommended:
Riboxin, Panangin, Courantil, Preductal MV. With ART, the presence of Trichinella in the myocardium was revealed. In
addition, from the anamnesis, it was clarified that the patient loved to eat raw minced meat (and Trichinella larvae develop not only in the striated skeletal
muscles, but also in actively working muscles, abundantly supplied with oxygenated blood. …
