Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic dermatitis of a multifactorial nature. Although various cutaneous manifestations usually come to the fore in the clinical picture, AD should be considered rather as a systemic lesion of the body with a complex pathogenesis that is not completely clear.
The leading role in the development of AD is assigned to the violation of the immune system, first of all, in the form of a decrease in the level of T-suppressors and T-killers, an increase in the number of B-lymphocytes and, as a consequence, excessive synthesis of Jg E [4].
