Clinical and laboratory diagnostics of HIV infection has the following directions:
1. Establishing the fact of HIV infection, diagnosis of HIV infection: – screening of donated blood and blood products, tissues, organs, sperm or transplantation; – surveillance. Unbound and oocytes withaim security blood transfusion and anonymous testing with a goal monitoring the prevalence of HIV infection and studying the dynamics of its spread in a certain population; – diagnosis of HIV infection. Voluntary testing of blood serum of apparently healthy people or patients with various clinical signs and symptoms similar to HIV infection or AIDS.
2. Determination of the stage of the clinical course of the disease and identification secondary diseases.
