In the experiment were taken strains of S. aureus 25923 ATCC. The exposition was 10, 30 minutes and 24 hours. The culture was plated on Petri dishes with nutrient agar and subjected to the frequency program F62, F63. Cups with and without culture were processed. After exposure, clean dishes were inoculated with culture. The inoculation dose was 106 CFU / ml. Staphylococcus strains were first scattered on two plates, and after 1–2 min. exposed to frequency.

After spilling the culture medium, two dishes were exposed to frequency for 10, 15 minutes. and 24 hours. Immediately after that, a suspension of staphylococcal cultures was applied to the dish and cultured in a thermostat at 37O From 24 hours. After that, the cultural, morphological and some enzymatic properties were taken into account. Cultivation of bacteria was carried out in accordance with regulatory documents.

As a result of the experiment, the following results were obtained. When exposed to cultured staphylococcal dishes and clean dishes at 10 and 30 minutes. exposure to distinctive features was not observed. The amount of the inoculation dose did not differ from the control. In one of the plates, which was exposed without culture, there was subsequently a quantitative decrease in CFU of staphylococcus bacteria strains.
