Surgical and combined treatment of cancer patients can be complicated by severe psycho-somatic reactions of the body complicating the implementation of special anticancer therapy. The cause of psycho-somatic complications can be negative engrams arising against the background of psychoemotional stresses (hospitalism, unfavorable course of the disease in roommates, deontological disorders of the medical staff) and the consequences of shock conditions (severe surgical trauma, acute blood loss, bacterial-toxic shock).
