When managing chronic patients, it is important to have a certain phasing in BRT. From stage to stage, there is a change in BRT strategies: from the 4th strategy (“with unloading”) to the 2nd and 1st (“without unloading”), as well as to the 3rd strategy (with alternating “unloading and loading” ) .
