1. Introduction. Problem statement and historical overview The development of systemology and cybernetics has led to the concept of the human body as a dynamic system, the main task of which is to maintain the socalled dynamic homeostasis. At the same time, the concept of “dynamic” implies that the body’s efforts to maintain homeostasis at some point in time depend, firstly, on the state of the organism at this very moment in time and, secondly, (as a rule) on some of its previous states which are interpreted as memory of the body.
