In recent years, pediatricians and dermatologists in a number of countries and some in ours (Brailovsky A.Ya., 1988; Suvorova K.N. et al., 1989) describe neurodermatitis and eczema in children under the name “atopic dermatitis”. the term “atopy” (translated “someone else’s disease”) was proposed in 1931 by the American Coca. Atopy is caused by a genetically determined increased JgEdependent reaction associated with a deficiency of cellular immunity, mainly Tsuppressor lymphocytes (Kalamkaryan A.A., Samsonov V.A., 1988, etc.).
