Recently, there has been an increase in the incidence and mortality of myocardial infarction (MI) [1]. As before, the diagnosis of a heart attack is based on a triad of classic symptoms: typical pain in the heart area, ECG changes in dynamics and an increase in the level of enzymes in the blood [4]. However, with repeated MI, ECG changes are not as sensitive a criterion as previously assumed [4].
