Patient B., 25 years old, Muscovite. He applied to the Medinar clinic for treatment in April 1995 . Diagnosis: chemical burns of 3-4 degrees of 3% of the skin surface in the stage of scarring. On February 25, 1995, he received a chemical burn with an unknown substance, presumably with an alkali, the affected area is more than 3% 3-4 degrees on the face, back, chest and neck. Initially, he was treated permanently in the burn department of the mountains. Hospital No. 36. The usual antibacterial and detoxification therapy was carried out, gross defects were partially closed by autoplasty on certain areas of the face, neck and back. The healing process proceeded with the formation of gross cicatricial changes. Active local therapy was carried out – lidase, lycosin in the upper and lower eyelids, in the area of scars and intramuscularly.
