SUMMARY The development of new immunomodulatory drugs is an urgent task of modern healthcare. Of great interest are drugs that stimulate the immune system, of natural origin, prepared on the basis of spleen tissues. The spleen is involved in the production of specific antibodies and nonspecific immunoglobulins, the formation of biologically active substances that affect various links of immune homeostasis. In world practice, several preparations from the spleen are used,
such as: solkosplen, splenin, polyegra, splenopid, etc. However, the search for new
organopreparations of the spleen is of great interest.
