We offer cases from practice. 1. A child of three and a half years old fell ill with ARVI, manifested
increased body temperature, rhinitis, tracheo-bronchitis. The boy refused food. Physically, there was a pallor of the skin with a yellowish othene, an increase in the
posterior cervical lymph nodes to the size of a pigeon’s egg, more on the right. Auscultatory auscultation of vesicular breathing with a hard component (puzril)
with the presence of wire dry wheezing. Syndrome of dysuria was noted: a decrease in the amount of urine, a change in the color of urine (red brick), painful
urination.
