Revealing supporting pathological condition factors at dental patients with neurological diseases of the maxillofacial region is an important task for the selection of effective therapy. Achieving sustained remission in these patients remains challenging, but a priority. In the case of a traumatic nature of neuritis, neuralgia, paresthesias that have arisen after the treatment of pulpitis by the method of extirpation under anesthesia, with complex extraction of teeth, including wisdom teeth, the rehabilitation process can be delayed for a long time.
The delayed recovery can be caused by various aggravating factors, such as indolent herpetic infections, organic changes as a result of traumatic tissue damage during medical intervention. It should be noted that all patients underwent appropriate rehabilitation measures, such as blockade with anesthetics, physiotherapy, vitamin and drug therapy, and, only without receiving complete relief, they turned to us.
