Despite government efforts and huge financial costs, health problems are getting worse every year. It becomes clear that without an innovative approach to their solution, a change in the concept of maintaining and restoring health, it is impossible to significantly change anything for the better. In recent years, promising state programs such as Healthcare Modernization and the National Healthcare Project have come to medicine. Perhaps some statistical indicators of the nation’s health status have improved, but there has been no significant breakthrough.
The growth of oncological diseases among all categories of the population has become so depressing that the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation has been instructed to take measures to improve the situation.
