Purpose of the study: to conduct a comparative pathophysiological analysis research using objective methods and the method of modified ART “IMEDIS-TEST +” of the effect of Duspatalin on the functional and biochemical state of the kidneys in irritable bowel syndrome with constipation.
Material and methods
The study involved 28 patients with irritable bowel syndrome aged 28 to 62 years old with constipation, 10 patients made up the control group.
The functional state of the kidneys was assessed by determining the concentration of urine protein, proximal reabsorption of sodium ions under conditions of water diuresis of 2% of body weight [4]. The biochemical method was used to determine the enzymatic fibrinolytic activity of urine [4]. The plasma concentration of tumor necrosis factor alpha was assessed by the enzyme immunoassay (Siemens, Deutschland).
