Approaches to the use of segmental bioelectronic functional diagnostics and electroacupuncture diagnostics according to R. Voll’s method in the rehabilitation
and treatment of children with spastic and hemiparetic forms of infantile cerebral palsy are considered. The distinction between defective condition and toxic
blockade was analyzed. Healing of defects and scars can be achieved by “triggering” compensation mechanisms. The effectiveness of therapy increases
with the elimination of the background of the disease, the elimination of
accumulated toxins
