Medical rehabilitation of women with essential arterial hypertension against the background of climacteric syndrome

SUMMARY The article presents the results of medical rehabilitation of patients with essential arterial hypertension (stages I-II, grade 1-2) against the background of mild and moderate climacteric syndrome (92 women, mean age 50 ± 4.5 years) using a drug hypotensive standard (candesartan, bisoprolol, hydrochlorothiazide), non-hormonal drug therapy (climadinon) and spectral phototherapy physiotherapy. The revealed
features of the observed patients are reliable normalization of indicators of blood pressure level, vegetative status, reactivity, anxiety, normalization of cerebral
hemodynamics according to REG data, indicators according to the SAN scale
