Patient A., 13 years old, turned to CEIM on 15.02.2005 with complaints of attacks of loss of consciousness, accompanied by convulsions, biting the tongue,
blanching of the skin, lasting 2-3 minutes, preceded by cramping pains in the umbilical region. Periodically attacks of loss of consciousness are accompanied by
involuntary urination. Such attacks occur 1 time in 2 months from the age of three. The patient is periodically disturbed by pain in the left hypochondrium after eating
fatty foods. In addition, the patient has acne on the face and back.
