diabetes mellitus or coronary heart disease (IHD) [1]. One of the causes of mental disorders is the inability or inability of a person to cope
with the created stressful situation. The problem of stress in society has acquired not only an exclusively scientific significance, but has also become a concept that unites a wide range of phenomena of everyday life. Stress causes nonspecific reactions of physiological functions of the body, but
initially the mental (emotional) sphere of a person reacts to a stressful situation [2, 3].
