F. Morell was the first to propose the principle of treating a patient with his own electromagnetic vibrations. He, together with the engineer E. Rasche, created the apparatus and developed the principles of its therapeutic application called MORAtherapy (Morell, 1978). Subsequently, their followers in Germany, in particular the Hans Bruegemann Institute, introduced the term “bioresonance therapy”, which, according to V.A. Likharev, does not fully reflect the essence of the phenomena associated with MORA therapy.

Therefore, V.A. Likharev proposes to call MORA therapy bioinformatics therapy (Likharev, 2000) and transfers the basic principles of bioresonance therapy to bioinformatics therapy, without proposing any new principles. However, based on the name “bioinformatics therapy”, it can be assumed that, in contrast to bioresonance therapy, which heals with the help of electromagnetic signals from the body, bioinformatics therapy and, possibly, MORA therapy is treated with information messages and information signals from the body.
