Modern scientific evidence indicates that in more than 50% of cases, stress plays the role of a trigger in the occurrence of recurrence of psoriasis. The reasons for this phenomenon have not been sufficiently studied, however, the available data indicate a decrease in autonomic reactivity in all clinical tests (cervico-vegetative, ocular, epigastric reflexes.
Intradermal tests for adrenaline, acetylcholine, serotonin indicate that hyperreaction of the autonomic nervous system develops in the skin of patients with psoriasis , both in relation to the mediators of the sympathetic and parasympathetic parts of it (Mushet G.V., 1991). Among non-drug methods of anti-stress orientation, music therapy (MT) occupies a noticeable place (Bekhterev V.M., 1926; Brusilovsky L.S., 1969, 1975; Shushardzhan S.V., 1994, 1997, 1999).
