The need to obtain environmentally friendly poultry meat, and also to create new resource-saving technologies in food production makes the use of bioinformation technologies promising in industrial poultry farming. One of the directions of this technology involves bioinformatics impact on broiler chickens, aimed at maximizing its genetic potential in meat productivity.
When optimally formulated diets for broiler chickens speed limiting growth factor is dynamics of passing glucose across the cell membrane from the blood to the cell. The main energy supply for the plastic processes of poultry occurs at the expense of blood sugar. The dynamics of the passage of glucose through the cell membrane is genetically determined.
