The role of bioinformatics in the development of information technology in practical medicine

In recent years, a large number of works have appeared on intercellular and intracellular communication. These studies, along with the studies of geneticists devoted to the study of the mechanisms of transmission of hereditary information, made it possible to single out a new direction in informatics – bioinformatics. The main problems of bioinformatics are:
1. Study of molecular and cellular mechanisms of admission separate information signals and information messages (reception of information signals);
2. Investigation of the role of various carriers of information (physical, chemical) in intercellular, intracellular communication;
3. Investigation of mechanisms for encoding and re-encoding information in living systems;
