Big preliminary diagnosis with meaning in family by taking anamnesis and physical medicine It has staging survey. Often the family doctor refuses to collect a complete history and detailed physical examination. The actions of the family doctor are conditioned by the requirements of economic efficiency and time saving. They are aimed at saving the patient in time and discouraging the use of redundant diagnostics.
The focus of the family doctor’s diagnostic activities is step-by-step diagnostics. It includes: a) diagnostic exclusion of dangerous diseases and diseases that can be stopped; b) diagnostic actions that allow you to identify the most likely causes of the disease.
Thus, the family doctor, with the help of anamnesis and physical examination, must find out where an in-depth technical diagnosis is needed, and where it can be dispensed with. The causes of diseases are external informational (stress, viruses, microorganisms, etc.), physical (low and high temperatures, mechanical influences, etc.) and chemical (toxic, caustic substances) and internal informational (violation of regulatory mechanisms in cells, organs and systems ) and biochemical (homotoxins, metabolic products, etc.) factors.
