Blood pressure – as a reflection of the tension of energy in the meridians

Despite the vast knowledge accumulated over the past decades, classical medicine has not yet succeeded in giving clear answers to questions about the triggering factors and mechanisms responsible for the occurrence of arterial hypertension (AH), to explain the variety of manifestations of this disease [1].[one] In this regard, it seems expedient to find alternative approaches to solve this problem. Using the experience of Ancient Eastern medicine, in particular, its ideas about the circulation of vital energy in special channels – meridians, as well as biorhythmological achievements, we tried to schematically evaluate the mechanisms of blood pressure regulation from these positions.
