Human health and successful activity depend on how much he is able to adapt in the modern dynamic and informationally overloaded world. Constant emotional and physical stress, chronic diseases significantly reduce the level of adaptive capabilities and have a negative impact on cognitive, including mnestic functions. Moreover, both children and adults face these problems. Various pharmacological drugs can help in this case. However, the high level of side effects significantly narrows the range of their application. Therefore, the search for improving memorization, as well as restoring memory functions in a non-drug way, becomes very relevant.
