In order to increase the effectiveness of therapy and reduce the duration of clinical manifestations of opium withdrawal syndrome, BR drugs were included in complex drug therapy. Having a positive six-year experience of using drugs of this kind, I would like to dwell in more detail on the drug G-88-k (conventional name), which we used for 5 months. This drug was used in 38 patients aged 17 to 34 years (including 7 women) with a systematic duration of anesthesia from 3 months to 6 years.
