It is generally accepted that pregnant women with heart defects represent a high-risk group in perinatal pathology and increased morbidity in postnatal children (L.V. Vanina, 1991, O.M. Eliseev, 1994). In this regard, it was decided to monitor the development of children born to 47 women with congenital heart defects in maternity hospital No. 3 in Kazan, specialized in cardiopathology.
