The use of BRT for the treatment of sexual dysfunctions in older men

Among patients seeking sexology help, a significant percentage are older men. We observed 18 men aged 50 to 84 years (average age – 58 years old). The main reasons for the development of sexual dysfunctions in them were: involutional neuro-humoral and endocrine-metabolic changes; changes in blood flow in the vessels of the penis; neurotic and neurosis-like cerebrovascular urological pathology: chronic prostate gland (3 persons).
