Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a polyetiologic disease, in the development of which both genetic and environmental factors play a role [7]. Apparently, this is the reason for the lack of common views on the pathogenesis and treatment tactics of RA. Some authors, relying on the results of experimental modeling of arthritis in animals, assign the role of the RA trigger to the heat shock protein 65 kDa.
